1. Digital Product Policy All products sold by BrandedCourse are digital products. This means that no physical item will be shipped. After purchase, customers receive access to the digital product through a download link, email, or order confirmation page. Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, and used immediately after purchase, all sales are final once access to the product has been provided.

2. Refunds We do not offer refunds for digital products once the download link, file access, or digital content has been delivered. By purchasing a digital product from BrandedCourse, you agree that you are buying digital content and understand that refunds are not available after access has been granted.

3. Download Issues If you have trouble accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us and we will help you as soon as possible. We may resend the download link or provide another way to access the product if there is a technical issue.
