1. Digital Product Delivery BrandedCourse sells digital products, including ebooks, PDF guides, planners, templates, checklists, and other downloadable materials.
All products are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.
After completing your purchase, you will receive access to your digital product through one or more of the following methods:
- A download link on the order confirmation page
- An email with a download link
- A customer account download area, if available
2. No Physical Shipping Because our products are digital, we do not offer physical shipping.
This means:
- No shipping costs apply
- No physical package will be sent
- No tracking number will be provided
- No delivery address is required for shipping purposes
3. Delivery Time Digital products are normally delivered immediately after successful payment.
In most cases, you should receive access to your download within a few minutes after your order is completed.
If you do not receive your download email, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first.

If your payment is pending, failed, declined, or cancelled, your download link may not be sent until the payment is confirmed.

We may resend the download link after verifying your order.
8. Technical Problems BrandedCourse is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues outside our control, including but not limited to:

- Payment provider delays
- Shopify or third-party app outages
- Customer device or internet issues
